These terms cover your use of Praxis, the transformation program workspace provided by Applied Practice Intelligence.
Placeholder text — not legal advice. This wording describes how the product is actually built, but it has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet binding. Applied Practice Intelligence will replace it with counsel-drafted terms before launch. Do not rely on it in a procurement review.
You need an account to use Praxis. Organization plans are licensed per seat; an administrator may add, reassign or remove seats. Removing a seat ends that person's access but does not delete their personal data — only they, or a verified rights request, can do that.
You keep all rights in the assessments, exercises, reflections, org charts and sprints you create. You grant Applied Practice Intelligence only the licence needed to host, back up, render and export that content for you and, where you have shared it, for your team. We do not use your content to train models beyond your own account unless you opt in, and you can withdraw that opt-in at any time.
The Praxis transformation framework, its pillars, exercises, diagnostics and written briefs are the intellectual property of Applied Practice Intelligence. You may use them inside your organization for your own transformation program. You may not resell, publish, or use them to build a competing product.
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account's data, probe or circumvent security controls, or use Praxis to make automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects on them.
The assistant answers from the framework and points to the relevant module. It can still be wrong. It is decision support, not professional, legal, financial or employment advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you take.
Paid plans renew for the term you selected until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term and access continues until then. Placeholder — final refund, proration and tax wording will be supplied by counsel.
Either party may end the agreement on notice. We may suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable use section. Placeholder — warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnities, governing law and dispute resolution will be supplied by counsel.
We will give at least 30 days' notice in the app and by email before a material change to these terms takes effect.
